You’ve made the decision to see a therapist. Yae! But you may still be apprehensive about the process. Many people feel nervous before their first appointment, it’s totally okay!
Our initial session is a 60-minute window of time that has been set aside for you and only you. Within this space, you’ll be able to share your story, talk about your experiences, goals and/or whatever else may surface along the way.
I’m collaborative by training and encourage my clients to ask any and all questions that come to mind. Therapy works best with transparency and honesty - aspects which are important to our therapeutic relationship.
