Hi,

I’m Brittany Rae!

(she/her)

I’m a dually-licensed psychotherapist and supervisor (LMFT-S/LPC-S) specializing in working with individuals and couples who are neurodivergent, living with chronic illness, and/or looking to improve the health of their relationships.

I’m also a native Houstonian, an eldest daughter, and a first-generation college graduate. As a neurodivergent clinician who lives with her own chronic illness, I understand how important it is to establish and nurture an authentic connection to the self.

I'm incredibly passionate about helping fellow humans honor where they’re at in life, both emotionally and physically. Being a therapist isn’t just my job, it’s my life’s work and a privilege I acknowledge daily.

My background in behavioral health spans over a decade and encompasses roles in a variety of settings including pediatric clinics, private school systems, non-profits, psychiatry groups, and high-acuity facilities..

A few of my non-clinical passions include running outdoors in some of Houston’s most beautiful spaces, perfecting the best homemade soup recipes, & loving on my two fur babies Burto & Agnes (pictured below).
