This time is reserved just for you and will allow us to determine if we’re a good fit for your treatment goals. 

You’ll have the space to ask any questions you might have about our work together or the therapeutic process.

The intake session is a time for you to be heard. You’ll be met with empathy and care to ensure you feel supported as you share what’s important.

The goal of our first session is to simply scratch the surface and gain more understanding about how I can best support you.

We’ll work together to discuss a customized plan that aligns with your preferences, needs, and goals.

Consistent Support

Moving into regular sessions, we will work collaboratively to reach your goals and tackle anything else that comes up along the way.

A weekly commitment to ongoing sessions is the recommended frequency for new clients.

Bi-monthly or monthly appointments are appropriate for long-term clients who are phasing out of therapy and have moved into maintenance work.
